At QB Help Desks, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied or need to cancel your subscription, please refer to the following policy:

1. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@qbhelpdesks.com.

  • Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged further.

  • No partial month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

2. Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users only.

  • Refunds will not be provided for completed service tasks (e.g., monthly bookkeeping reports, payroll runs).

  • If services were rendered partially, a prorated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed deadlines due to delayed client response or incomplete data

  • Services already completed and delivered

  • Third-party processing fees (e.g., payment gateway)
