Cancellation & Refund Policy

At QB Help Desks, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied or need to cancel your subscription, please refer to the following policy:
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@qbhelpdesks.com.
Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged further.
No partial month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
2. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users only.
Refunds will not be provided for completed service tasks (e.g., monthly bookkeeping reports, payroll runs).
If services were rendered partially, a prorated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
Missed deadlines due to delayed client response or incomplete data
Services already completed and delivered
Third-party processing fees (e.g., payment gateway)
